Our litigation practice covers many areas of the law and we have tried cases and handled arbitrations in jurisdictions throughout the country. Our representation is not limited to either plaintiff or defense cases. We have handled commercial and personal injury cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

We have experience with complicated and substantial matters. We are proud of the results we have obtained for our clients, including:

Litigation in New Jersey of a dispute involving interests in cellular phone partnerships which resulted in our client securing an eight figure settlement.

In California, trial to verdict against a Michigan based manufacturer involving claims of breach of warranty and breach of contract resulting in a jury verdict in favor of our client and a recovery of over nine million dollars. Collection of the full verdict was possible because of a separate trial in which we successfully prosecuted a “pierce the corporate veil” claim against the NYSE corporate parent.

Counsel for the International Health and Racquet Sports Association and several for-profit health clubs in two novel lawsuits seeking to restrain unfair competition by non-profit health club competitors in Pennsylvania.

Counsel for an International Labor Union in a labor arbitration in connection with the sale of a large packaging company where the buyer and seller were each claiming that the other was responsible for approximately $6 million dollars in pension liabilities. Received an arbitration award in favor of the Union fully protecting the rights and interests of all participants in the pension plan.

Counsel in multiple personal injury or medical malpractice cases. On the plaintiff side, recovered $900,000 in a passenger restraint system claim against an automobile manufacturer, $1.6 million dollar recovery in a vehicle versus pedestrian case, $300,000 verdict in a failure to diagnose breast cancer case and $300,000 settlement in a products liability case involving defective packaging. On the defense side successfully handled numerous medical malpractice cases on behalf of the A.I duPont Hospital for Children and its physicians and served as Philadelphia area trial counsel for Unisys Corporation and Masco Corporation in commercial and personal injury cases.

We also regularly represent our business clients in routine business dispute matters, such as rent disputes, breach of contract claims, employment matters, customer claims and the like. We dedicate our full attention to each claim and treat each client as if they were our only client.
