About Us

Fred Greenberg is a trial lawyer, business lawyer, and business consultant with more than four decades of legal experience. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, and is the founder of the Law Offices of Fred Greenberg, a firm with a diverse national practice with cases tried and arbitrations handled in many jurisdictions.

Fred has served as legal counsel for a broad range of clients, both large and small. He has represented large NYSE companies such as Unisys Corporation and Masco Corporation; served as Philadelphia area trial counsel for the duPont Hospital for Children; and been the primary outside general counsel for an International Labor Union.

On the other end of the spectrum, Fred represents an array of small businesses, partnerships, and individuals. He has a passion for small business counseling and the full scope of work it entails. Amongst those he has represented are family-owned landscaping, health clubs, and cigar shops, an internet B2B start-up, a minority owned cosmetic start-up, employment placement firms, manufacturing and retail firms, and physicians, dentists and veterinarians.

Prior to founding his own practice, Fred started his career at the leading Philadelphia law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath (now Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath). He went on to join Hepburn Willcox Hamilton & Putnam, where he was a managing partner, and then Eckell Sparks Levy Auerbach & Monte, where he served as a member of the Executive Committee.

A point of particular pride for Fred is that throughout his career he has been asked by former colleagues and law firms to provide them with legal representation in various matters. Fred is also proud to note that many of his client relationships are measured not in years, but decades.

Fred is a passionate, innovative and effective advocate for his clients. His broad experience enables him to provide wise counsel, mature judgment and good old-fashioned common sense for every issue, matter, trial, or arbitration in which he is involved.
